"Fake Advertisement"

Location was good

Bedspread dirty and smelly, bed bugs cant sleep biting, cockroach flying in the bathroom , no shower gel or shampoo just a small soap bar, very noisy banging of doors and children screaming till early hours. Smelly rooms. Advertisement in booking com and real suck. Totally unacceptable. Front desk very rude and not friendly. Worst place. Never trust this app

1. hotel conditions that are not too strict 2. very friendly two elderly staffs

1. 1 out of 3 employees were unfriendly and very unsatisfactory. 2. clogged sink, broken toilet accessories and poor maintenance.

The cheap price..

The cleanness, the lack of services, no lift in the building, bathroom was not properly cleaned when I arrived, the old uncle at the check in counter needs some support to run the place, when checking out I told him I forgot my AC remote and TV remote in my room, he made he go back take the stairs up and bring it back and didn’t return my deposit until then.
