Pros: Place is new, so has been updated aesthetically on the interior; they let us checkout a little late on our last day.
• Location: Windows are right up against a road, so you will hear everything that goes by. • AC: The AC intermittently worked. The remote interface is terrible – it has about a 100 buttons on it. It would intermittently work and then just fail. We called them to help, someone came over after about 30 minutes got it working for a bit (the top unit only) and never got the bottom one working. Also the AC is tied to a key on your keychain, so everytime you leave the AC is off and then you come back in, the room is hot, and you spend 20 minutes struggling to turn it on – be especially worried about this if during the hot months. • Very little hot water for showers: The hot water in the shower runs out after 5 minutes, after which you have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the water to heat up, so get used to long waits for a shower. • Wifi: Didn’t work most of the time – when it did it was very very slow and frustrating. • Guest services: The person who met us was not the nicest. When we checked out she was aghast that we had not made the bed sheets, and berated us for not being able to figure out the AC (when their own person could not figure it out either). Frankly just not very nice to guests. • The stairs to go to the downstars are VERY VERY steep, so everyone will avoid going downstairs. • Be very careful about documenting things: They accused of breaking the sofa and leaving marks on the wall (even though that was how things were when we got there). I’d call them when you get there tell them every last thing that is wrong with the place, take photos, and share them immediately! They were rude, accused us of lying when we pointed out that that we did not break the couch, and shouted at us A LOT – not a fun way to enjoy a vacation. If you like surprises, shouting, and think customer service is devil talk, this is the spot for you!!! In summary, poor location, rude customer service, poor wifi, AC that didn’t work, very little hot water, small and cramped
