ILיחידה מאוד נוחה ומאוד מאובזרת, לא הייתה בעיה עם חניה, המארח מאוד נחמד וזמין לכל שאלה הכל היה נקי ומסודר מאוד, המרפסת הייתה ממש אחלה.. הרגשנו שהתמורה לכסף הייתה טובה זה שהחלל מחולק ל-2 היה נוח מאוד עם הילדים
בניין ישן ומעלית איטית, אבל לא נורא, הכל יחסי בסך הכל ממש אחלה - נהננו מאוד.
ILILיחידת דיור נחמדה יש בה הרבה דברים שימושיים, מיקום נחמד, מרפסת נחמדה , לדעתי תמורה טובה למחיר אפילו הבעלים איפשר לנו לצאת יותר מאוחר ללא תוספת במחיר ממש נחמד
