Good facilities and full use of the kitchen was welcome. Room warm and comfortable.
Stayed two nights. Both nights at 10pm the other occupants started walking about and talking loudly. My room was next to the kitchen and they decided to talk in there. This wouldn't be so bad but my door didn't fit properly so every sound could be heard in the room. The next night at 10pm someone decided to do some washing. Again being next to the kitchen and with no soundproof door, it was like being in the same room. Why do washing so late when guests are staying? The TV needs a cable to connect to Freeview channels. If you don't use your own app passwords you can't watch anything.

Very clean, room was spacious, kitchen was well equipped and clean also. WiFi was very good. Free parking was always available right in front of the house. Easy check in and check out.
Could have done with a few more clothes hangers and some shower gel ;) The chair in the room was a bit wonky, maybe needs to be exchanged. Apart from that all was great!
