PLThe hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area and is relatively new. The breakfast was good, you could choose between continental breakfasts and local cuisine,
Sometimes you can get the feeling that you are in a bit of a ghost town because most of the surrounding buildings are empty (even though they look new).We had the impression that the room was lacking something in its finish, the windows were dirty as if they had never been cleaned.

USFor the price was a good place to stay. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Too few people for a buffet breakfast; however, eggs cooked to order, noodle soup, salad, bread, and a nice fresh fruit plate were more than enough! Short walk to the beach! Far enough away from the beach concerts so as not to interrupt sleep.
THThe beds were so comfortable! The rooms were beautiful and I liked the decor. The staff was so helpful, I got a cold while in Vietnam and the staff here brought me fresh ginger, salt, and honey. They were very attentive.
I notice this about many hotels in Vietnam but the standard of cleanliness is lower than I am used to. But the staff was helpful and came and cleaned up the things we asked.

DEThe hotel itself was very good. The rooms are quite new and the whole hotel was very clean. About 10 minutes walk to the beach.
As you can read in the older comments, there are only hotels in the street, some of them are empty, but this is generally a problem in Ha Long.
