Jedná se o byt v nově zrekonstruovaném panelovém bytě asi 4 km od centra města. Byt čistý, moderně zařízený, velmi vstřícná komunikace s majiteli. Ledasco se píše o bezpečnosti, ale v okolí bytu pobíhaly děti do večerních hodin (nedokážu si představit, že by někdo např. na pražském Jižním městě nechal někdo pobíhat děti bez dozoru) a při tom nerušily klid v ubytování. Na dosah obchody všeho druhu a městská doprava.

Trochu komplikovanější hledání bytu, ale ubytovatel byl na telefonu a navigoval. Jediný problém je s parkováním v pozdějších odpoledních a večerních hodinách. Na booking se uvádí veřejné parkování v areálu hotulu. Jedná se o obyčejná parkovací místa na sídlišti. V pozdějších odpoledních a večerních hodinách silně obsazené a parkovací místo se hledá těžko, ale dá se najít.
