Apartment is very cold and has something with heaters doesn’t work properly. Floor were cold !

Perfect location for anyone visiting Nords clinic. Only a few steps away from the hospital and just a short walk to a very good shopping mall and supermarket. Despite being on a main road the noise was barely noticeable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with everything I needed for a self catering stay. I felt very secure and safe there and all communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend

Honestly I would stay here again no problem but if you need total darkness to sleep an eye mask wouldn’t go amiss as the street lights outside do shine through the curtains. However it’s such a small detail and easily overcome.

Nothing at all

The apartment was freezing the only wall that was warm was in the bathroom that dial worked. There were 2 other dials which didn't work so no heat. All the bedding was dirty, pillows, quilts, stained no protectors on anything. The floor was filthy crisp, dirt, shards of glass. I wiped with a toilet paper disgusted. The shower was filthy again I wiped with toilet roll disgusting. The sofa bed I mean all of it was badly stained. I did contact the owner with photos he was in complete denial and was very rude. I was at Nord's for surgery so the place needs to be spotless cannot afford infection. I had to pay out and move to more suitable clean accommodation I have lots of photos but booking.com would only allow me to add 4

Heating, I couldn’t work it out

Clean, good location, very helpful owner.

It is very hot in summer and there is no air con but I was aware of this before booking and there was a fan.

Bed and bathroom were clean, location was good for Nords clinic.

Property is on the main road so really noisy with the windows open, but then absolutely sweltering if you close them, on arrival there were bits all over the floor, dust on furniture and window cill’s. Sofa looks like it needs a good clean and so do the floor rugs.
