Nice period property, ok facilities, pretty clean

Fair bit of damage (broken window, missing laminate off the bench, broken kitchen facilities, etc) and noisy location overlooking the high street with poor sound insulation. There was also a terrible mix up at the start with access to multiple unmarked keys, leading to giving us access to another flat and raising safety concerns around access control / safety.

Key to apartment didn’t problem work,this wasn’t handled at all well by your staff. Obtained more help from the next door neighbour. Your staff were initially against getting a locksmith until we insisted. The lock was loose and should have been picked up by your staff who obviously were aware of the problem.

Great location on main street and well spacious area inside,well clean also

No faults,parking was about a 5 min walk but to be expected as house was in centre of town

Beautiful big rooms, comfy beds and very clean throughout. Well equipped kitchen and it’s a brilliant location..

Unfortunately for us, a neighbour to the property was heavily smoking cannabis. Smelling it in the corridors on way in/out was one thing (we had 2 children with us) but due to it being warm we had windows open and we had to leave the property as it was so strong and really unpleasant.

Very extensive and informative package sent prior to booking. Apartment clean, warm and nicely decorated. Rooms really good sizes. Beds comfortable. Good location on Main Street.

Key safe in bin area. No lighting, torch needed to see to open key safe. Rather dismal and dirty entrance hall and stairs which does not give a great first impression. Luckily, the apartment makes up for this. Bit rowdy on a Saturday with the pub across the road - but it is Main Street!
