Nice and clean

As it’s up on the bar. Too much noise from the bar until midnight. There is no separate towel for the guests. Pillow wasn’t comfortable.

Clean, quiet, close to the city centre. If I visit Manchester again, I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly to an extent and I appreciated that. I also appreciated the clean room as well as clean sheets. The room came with a kettle and you did have access to coffee and tea however the coffee itself was of the cheap variety and the milk was sadly powdered. Access to clean towels and extra loo roll was appreciated.

The shower facilities could be improved upon, I noted the shower curtain smelt almost stale or moldy which made showering uncomfortable. The bar additionally needs to be deep cleaned as well as possibly renovated and I felt that the glasses and cups at the bar need to be cleaned properly. Additionally, I noted that some of the bar staff were not very up to par in terms of pulling drinks and as a result my drinks were very foamy.
