Geraldine, our host rang us in advance to let us know we could check in, and met us at the studio. The property is modern and has a lovely layout and wonderful views of the lake.

Great view, loved walking round lake, super friendly hosts

My parents stayed for a wedding and said the place was lovely.

Geraldine was a wonderful host, Cosy lakeside studio en-suite with all mod cons, ample parking and scenic surroundings. Ideal for proximity to Castle Leslie and nearby Glaslough.

Very peaceful and quiet

Easy check in, room was clean. Nice view.

Room was extremely cluttered, not tidy like the pictures (dog bed in picture is mine). There was a dog loose around the properly day and night, not ideal for owners with reactive dogs. Friendly dog nonetheless.

Emy Lake Studio had a lovely view of the lake from the main door. Met the owner very soon after we arrived and was very friendly. Advise given to us with regard traffic etc which was much appreciated.We were also offered an extra night, no charge, as there was nobody booked in for the following night. Owners dog adorable.

Just after we arrived, we met the owner, who was very friendly. Hadn't really seen the studio properly at this point, so when asked if everything was okay, I said, absolutely. On closer inspection, it was obvious the floor wasn't hoovered, under the bed, especially obvious. There were crumbs on the table, the bed linen definitely didn't look fresh, the ensuite was clean, not spotless. Our stay was very disappointing, and had it not been so late after the event we were attending, we would have tried to get accommodation elsewhere.
