Gute Lage und einfache Kommunikation mit den Vermietern

Leider ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen zu klein. Insbesondere das Schlafsofa ist für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Es gab auch nur eine Tasse für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung war leider nicht überall in einem guten Zustand. Bei dem Preis hätten wir uns das anders gewünscht.

La doccia è l'unica nota positiva, non per la pulizia, ma per l'acqua a pressione...Lo staff del check-in è stato e cordiale e preparato.

L'appartamento è adatto a due persone, non a quattro come descritto .Il divano letto su cui hanno dovuto dormire due ragazzi adulti è imbarazzante: stretto e sporco. Inoltre, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare in generale...La serranda della camera da letto non si chiude e rimane aperta a metà, facendo entrare luce e sole molto presto. La doccia funziona bene, ma l'acqua arriva a metà bagno... L'aria condizionata funziona, ma poi occorre aprire per il cattivo odore che lascia...la vista mare descritta...ridicola. La posizione abbastanza comoda, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Non consiglio questo appartamento.

Lekkende airco die de hele vloer nat maakte. Geen slaapbank zoals op de foto en beschrijving stond. Kinderen moesten op een kapot luchtbed slapen. Dit is na het melden op de 2e dag wel meteen opgelost. Putje in badkamer verstopt waardoor de badkamer half overstroomde. Geen kopjes voor koffie. Deuren waren kapot (hout half weg)

- nice view - nice size - location is a bit far from the center but still practical (bus connects easily to the city center, but you can also walk there in 20 minutes) and very quite, if you prefer to skip the movida noise

- sofa bed is uncomfortable and has dirt stains on the cover - kitchen not well equipped and half of the tools weren't working (kettle, toaster etc) - some doors could not be closed because they were broken from humidity at the lower part - no bathroom air fan, so it gets very humid - overall, in my opinion, it's too expensive for what it is

Todo en general. La limpieza muy escasa, faltan cosas indispensables en la cocina, almohadas muy incómodas, no hay cortinas y las persianas no bajan del todo entrando mucha luz Precio muy elevado para las condiciones que ofrece
