Marivic's Place at Air Residences Makati

Great place and location with a superbly comfortable bed,everything needed in the condo for a great stay.Very responsive host also which is important which marivic seemed to be when needed.As say great place and location and host perfect for one/two people for a few days in Manila.

No balcony to sit outside to admire the lovely views from the 47th floor but thats not the host’s fault so only a minor inconvenience.Found front of house security not that helpful or,for example we had a courier deliver that was delivered to the host’s letter box on the ground floor i was sent to level two straight away instead of even being told there was a letter box right beside them for me to try which was after wasting 10mins going back and forth to reception and floor two where the letter was delivered to in the first place.There attitude seemed to be couldn’t care less,would stay again regardless of there not so good attitude or common sense approach to doing things as the place itself and location was nice as stayed here before and security wouldn’t put me off from doing so again.

The room and location were absolutely amazing. The host (owner) of the suite was excellent at communicating all the details. Highly attentive and made sure that we were happy during our stay. Highly recommend, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect location. The condo have complete facilities even washing machine. Near to grocery store and restaurants. The host Marivic is kind and quickly reply to every needs. Will definitely come back.

Elevators are without aircon and always packed.

Convenient location. Amenities nearby. The room was neatly and superbly organised. The host was super helpful. It matters most. Responded quickly to any queries and help needed. Super views from the top floors. Good movie channels. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely will be coming. It's the best place in Manila that I have stayed in my many visits there.

A vista da cidade é muito bonita. Andar alto e com muitos elevadores. Predio anexo a um pequeno shopping.

A colcha era muito pequena e não servia para um casal dormir de maneira confortável. Podia ter um filtro de agua e acucar para tomar o café que foi disponibilizado.

Bardzo mili I pomocni gospodarze. Szybko odpisywali na wiadomości. Pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Ładny widok z okna.

The location is excellent, clean buliding with polite staff Right next to the builing there is a mall with a wide-selection of products and some eating options. Marivic's apartment was cosy and clean with great views to the city. We would definitely come back if we stay again in Manila.

A small coffeemaker would have been nice to have but we enjoyed our stay without it too.
