"Exceptional"

the place is perfect location it has everything you need. near to the mall, groceries is just within the ground floor. the room was clean, well organized. it also has utensils that can be use for cooking. The view is great especially sunrise and sunset, it has an overlooking view of the skyscrapers of makati area. Marivic the host is very attentive to my needs. check-in and check-out was smooth. I was also able to spend my time in the pool while waiting for my next trip even if i already check out in the room.

location is very good and got everything that I need inside the unit.

This has nothing to do with the host as this is with smdc property management. Elevator has no ac and during peak hours it will take time to go down or up as it stop to almost all floors. Wifi is slow but this is normal in all parts of philippines. Just for improvement it would be better if the TV will be position a bit lower.

Great location and easy access to transport and shopping. The Mall area at the Condominium provided essential shopping as well as great venues to dine at. Will be booking this again for our next stay in Manila.

"Superb"

The apartment is new and comfortable enough for two people. The view from the window was amazing. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The owner is a very nice woman.

Since the apartment is located in a high-rise building and many people live there, it takes a long time to go up and down by the elevator.

nice small place. comfy. can even cook in the unit. this property is connected to the air mall. even the mall is not so big, but at least they have many restaurants and supermarket + 7Eleven that’s open 24/7..
