Very clean and comfortable.

Everything was so nice but no A/C only down fall

Perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable, private enough for the parents and prefect for the kids.

Location is great. Centrally located for all of Big Bears shops, restaurants and activities. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. BBQ'S, pool and spa make this a great place for families. Kitchen was well stocked with refrigerator, stove, pans, plates and utensils if you want to cook.

Parking is limited. We came with 2 vehicles and had to park one off site. Was still close, but a little inconvenient.

Always a great place to stay.

This trip to this lodge was terrible!!! The power completely when out two hours after I arrived and did come back. The next morning the power was still out and I decided to leave due to the power being out. I asked the lodge for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. So they basically wanted me to complete my stay even though we had no power. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the way management handled my situation. I will never go back to this place again!!!

It is a very old condo complex. The rooms need updating. Furniture and decor very old. The sleeper couch VERY OLD, needed replacing

They sent a text the day of arrival that we could only have one vehicle. There were 4 of us with 2 cars. We were told it wasn’t a good idea to park on the street behind the hotel as car might be towed. The hotel was not full and there was plenty of empty parking spots. I pointed this out to the desk clerk and she said no matter, that’s our policy. Many of the rooms had yellow tape across the corridor and we were told they were not available because of inventory. So again, there were many parking spots available for the 3 nights we were there.Also no elevator, steep stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. No one to assist with luggage. We’re 80 yrs old.

I stayed at the Snow Lake Lodge. In the past, I had some great experiences there. This time, I found the staff attentive and friendly, and the property very clean and well-maintained. My only issue is that my mattress was terrible. I was in room 201, and I could feel the springs on the mattress. It is clear it needs to be replaced. It was bad enough that my girlfriend and I left early the last day to go home and sleep in our own bed. But for this fixable issue, it would be a 5 star stay!

We felt very safe and comfortable staying there. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The staff was very friendly but the staff should do a better job cleaning the rooms.
