GT Hotel Iloilo

On the 3rd night of stay on this hotel, the very basic security protocol was breached when the staff at the reception allowed a drunk stranger into the room of my two lady friends whom I booked this hotel without calling them first for confirmation. The man kept knocking the door trying to enter, that made my friends scared and terrified because they do not know the person. According to my friends, they were followed possibly by the drunk man when they went out of the bar because that was where they saw that drunk man creating a scene outside the bar. I was really appalled why the security personnel of this hotel did not do its function of scrutinizing person/persons entering the hotel. What if the person was armed and forced his entry into the room of my two lady friends? Good thing that my friends called the manager/reception of the hotel about the situation. I still need to gather more facts on what really happened after they called the manager.

The location is good.

GT has deteriorated so much....the restaurant no longer serves any food...cleanliness and upkeep is really down

Location Staff are friendly Clean Good value for money

Not a dislike but more of a comment: hotel is old and it shows with the facilities and facade but we had a comfortable stay and rooms were clean so not really a hindrance. Again, you get what you paid for
