Rooms needed improvement but it's clean

Very cheap and good location.

The staff was accommodating. The check in and check out processes were efficient and straightforward. Overall it was a restful stay. This place is within the heart of downtown Iloilo and is within accessible distance to commercial establishments.

Sleep was mostly peaceful but the air-conditioning unit is a bit noisy. While it still works and perhaps just needs maintenance, the hotel may need to upgrade soon. The hotel can also remind their room attendants to keep their gossiping and banter along the hallways to a minimum or tolerable volume especially in the morning when some guests might still be asleep.

access to rob and the place is so clean. staff are kind too.

the streets are kind of dangerous at night.
