The location is good, 8 stations to the city centre, the room is spacious especially the bathroom so huge..

-ve points is that only one bedroom has an aircon. Other than that everything to me is good.

We absolutely loved everything, from the gentleman who welcomed us, to the kindness and hospitality. The house itself was very comfortable, in a great location, equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated in a traditional style that gave it a warm, homey feel. We were truly impressed!

A bit pricy for what it offers. Heating was not great.

The property has a great location. It is a walkable distance from the main attractions, but also just a few minutes away from bus stops, so you can easily get around. We had two cars and there was plenty pf space in a private parking for them, so they were safe! The owners were extremely nice. Salvatore met us outside property when we have arrived. Showed us where to park, gave us the keys, showed around the house. All of our needs were met, we even got some great tips and recommendations! Very welcoming. The apartment itself is cozy and very clean. We stayed there with all family, there was enough space for everyone. We had a great kitchen space for our meals, we used washing machine to wash clothes (the property had it all, even washing machine detergent). All in all - we are supper happy! 🙌

Great time spent in Genova. Very comfortable apartament with all required conveniences. The host was very friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It was like a nightmare. We rented the apartment for 3 nights. The problems started the day we arrived. The house was very dirty. The inside of the refrigerator and under the hood in the kitchen were filth, as you can see from the pictures. The window of one of the rooms was completely missing glass and the house was on the 1st floor; it didn't feel safe; The only protection was the shutter and we would have to keep it closed. The real disaster came when we used the toilet and shower. The drain was not working. We called the owner of the house, and while we were wandering around the city center for a while, he called the master. She said it was done. We returned home, it was quite late. However, the drain problem of the house was not solved. Yellow water began to flow on the floor from the bathroom and the locked room next to the bathroom; and it smelled. Apparently it was sewage. We called the landlord again. We said it was impossible for us to stay in this house. While he should have arranged a hotel for us, he took us to a friend's rented apartment. It was a much smaller apartment. We had to spend that night there. We had plans to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino the next 2 days; But we could only tolerate it for 1 more day. We didn't stay on our last night. We left the city in a hurry. The owner, refunded us only 100 Euros and said that his house was being repaired and we could stay if we wanted, but it was impossible for us to back that nightmare apartment again.
