Location and accessibility of needed services

Late checked in, I understand the declined early checkin but the 2 pm agreed checkin was dragged to 3:30 pm, where I was ready to find a different place to stay since I was at the location around 11 am. Some part of the description says the property is a 2-bedroom. It is a studio-type condo. Book elsewhere if you need an official receipt. Checked if the construction of the building close to the property is done because there were times when work resumes at midnight or at an odd hour. Communicate early since the published mobile number is not the owner of this property (but a person with used to own a property but not anymore).
