The White Villa

Ein wirklich schönes und komfortables Haus, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Giuseppe ist ein wahnsinnig netter Gastgeber, der für uns immer kurzfristig ansprechbar war. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir sind eine Schweizer Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre alt) und haben einen wirklich wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbracht! Das Haus ist wunderschön, neu, geräumig, bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt – perfekt gelegen, um die herrlichen Strände der Ogliastra zu erreichen. Alles ist sehr sauber und bestens gepflegt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Giuseppe, den perfekten Gastgeber – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zugleich unaufdringlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch unsere Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Spaß und wollten gar nicht mehr weg! Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht, und wir werden ganz sicher mit großer Freude wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! 🌟

Plenty of room, nice shower

Spacious, modern, well appointed and squeaky clean. Short walk to supermarkets and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

The host was very responsive to messages and requests like a second set of keys or a cot for a toddler. Free parking for two cars, apartment is spacious and looks like the pictures, child friendly (apart from the main staircase that does not have a railing), free cot for toddler, welcome present on arrival, clean apartment, good facilities with dishwasher and washing machine available, plenty pots and pans and spices for cooking, Supermarktes were close-by

Very uncomfortable and hard beds both upstairs and downstairs. There were a few open holes with exposed wires in the bathroom (possibly from recent renovations?), the showers did not get warmer than lukewarm unfortunately, the downstairs bathroom did not have a lock, in the downstairs bathroom it was not possible to shower due to the facilities. The apartment had poor insulation for sound and heat. We did have an issue around check in, where the host tried to charge us a €50 fee for later check in (at 18:30pm) despite confirming the check in time the previous day and not mentioning this surcharge. This was unfortunately quite stressful for us as we had to sort this out while boarding our flight. The host requested a €300 deposit on arrival which he did not tell us about beforehand.

Lovely, spacious villa, just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Giuseppe and his mum went above and beyond to cater for all our needs. Don't miss the authentic Sardinian bakery nearby.

The house was nice and clean, with a lot of space. The AC was 24h on all over the house and my son love that the house had free Wi-Fi so he could watch his favorite shows on the phone. The location of the house was at the center, and just by walking you can go to the stores or restaurants. The beaches where no more than 20 min drive. The villa is exactly how you see at the pictures and the owner of the house was very nice guy and very helpful.
