Magnifique RIAD , melant ancien et moderne avec gout.emplacement ideal pour tout faire à pied.j etais avec mes 2 grands enfants 18 et 21 ils ont adoré aussi.la chambre etait immense , une salle de bain des mille et une nuit des petits dej copieux et variés servis sur un magnifique roof top et surtout un personnel d une gentillesse et amabilité incroyable.cet endroit est parfait pour passer plusieurs jours à Marrakech.

Le seul bemol la colonne de douche oû il n est pas simple de regler la temperature et une grande douche à l italienne qui innonde un peu autour.mais vraiment rien de negatif.tout etait parfait.

The staff is incredibkly nice and welcoming. The manager Asmae very helpful. The breakfast is very good and generous, and it changes everyday. The location couldn't be better. Right at the entrance of the Kasbah, across for the famous La Sultana and next to the Saadian Tombs. It's also a 15 minute nice walk to Jamaa el Fna square and the suk. My superior room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is extremely quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

There was a problem with the hot water but after two days they completely fixed it. And it sounds like they have fixed it once for all. In which case, there is nothing I didn't like. Of course it would be nice if the hotel had an outdoor pool on the terrace as the one they have is indoor and is very tiny. However, the time at the riad was nevertheless relaxing and enjoyable.

It looks nice and it’s in a nice location of the city, but that’s pretty much all that was positive about our stay

When paying this amount you simply expect more. We had no warm water even though it was promised it was fixed. Reading through other reviews this seems to be a common problem even though they said to us it was a 20 minute problem in the neighborhood, which was simply not true as we had the same problem the night before and the rest of our stay. The bathroom also turned into a swimming pool every time we used it. The room smelled bad and had mold on the walls. It was very noisy all night so we hardly got any sleep. We asked for a 07:00 breakfast on our last day, which the staff said would be possible as we had to leave at 07:30 to catch our flight. Was ready at 07:20 so we had a quick coffee and didn’t have time for more. Again, looks nice, but would not recommend.
