Clean, spacious apartment, reasonably priced

Collecting the keys. After 6pm you have to do arrangements to collect the keys and also pay extra. It could be done with a key box outside. The lady I collected the keys from was super helpful. But I find it unnecessary to go through that hassle.

Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. It has a wow factor as you arrive and everything you expect in an apartment is there. It has an amazing balcony / terrace where you can enjoy the heat in the shade. Brilliant shower and location wise is in the spot. Really easy to find and to move around by car.

Cant fault the apartment. A nice place to stay for 5 days for the family with 2 small kids

La régie a été attentionné et a essayé de nous trouver un autre appartement à cause des travaux mais malheureusement rien ne nous a convenu.

Nous sommes arrivés avec notre vol après 19h et avons du payer 30€ pour récupérer les clés. Il y avait des travaux juste à côté durant notre séjour (même le samedi). Les voisins faisait du bruit (genre travaux) largement après 22h.

In and of itself the apartment was spacious and well served with fixtures and fittings, including dishwasher and washing machine. Homing did provide a shower mat and clothes horse when requested

North facing balcony. Absolutely no sun whatsoever for our time in the apartment.Homing staff were unhelpful and intransigent when we requested a change of apartment due to lack of sun on the balcony. We did point out the fact that we are in our mid and late 70s and have ambulatory issues. Booking.com support didn't cover themselves in glory either referring us to Homing.com to sort things out. Booking.support at one stage wrote to us saying they couldn't offer any compensation despite us Never asking for such. The final straw was Homing.com totally uncaring attitude when my wife slipped and cut her knee on a wet floor in the lift lobby. There were none of usual warning signs to beware of slippery wet floor. When I wrote to Homing.com about the incident they replied that my wife should have been more careful. Cleanliness oh the apartment was also poor. Particularly the bathroom. The shower drain was so clogged with hair it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Hair also stuck to back of bathroom door and sink not draining

Apartment was lovely was very clean and fresh only 15 mins walk to the port. The hot water wasn’t great that was only thing I didnt like apart from that apartment was beautiful
