Close to the beach. Clean. Very quiet area. Very good for kids and dogs. There is a additional charge for dogs.

The WiFi connection is very poor. The yard is common for 4 houses.

Property is close to the beach. Parking is in front of the property. Relatively modern and well equipped. Most things in working order: fridge, oven, stove, iron, hairdryers, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Apartment was well furnished. Clean. Cool porch.

We stayed as 2 families (4 adults + 2 infants) for 10 days. 1. Check-in: We arrived at 15:30 but had to wait in 40°C heat with infants. I eventually found the property myself. Poor check-in experience. 2. One bedroom is open (no walls/doors) on the second floor. Not ideal. 3. Bathroom opens into the dining area, with no window. Not great. 4. Kitchen is under-equipped (e.g., only 5 forks, 1 pan). No dish soap. 5. Dining table and outside seating have fewer chairs than required (property can accomodate 6+ people, only 4 chairs outside/5 inside). 6. No water 7-9pm. 7. Steep, narrow stairs—potentially unsafe for kids/elderly. 8. No cleaning service provided during the 10-day stay. Not even once. 9. Car needed to reach beach bars/city center. 10. The mattresses and pillows are really uncomfortable. Usually I'm not specific about this but this was really bad. 11. Forget about internet - wifi signal is excellent, but internet connection speed is close to 0. 12. Clean towels did not smell really clean. 13. Smell of sewer in the morning when the pool guy cleans the pool (7-8am). Not good. 14. Now onto some other weird and disappointing details: Sprinklers in the garden are set to activate at 00:50, which led to us getting soaked twice while having a beer on the porch. The property enforces quiet hours from 15:00-17:00, yet cleaning staff woke us at 16:25 to deliver towels. The gardener decided it was a good idea to trim the grass in the garden, dirtying clothes drying nearby. These things made the stay needlessly bad. In summary: I think with a little effort and a bit of thinking, this could be a 9/10 property. Right now, it's a bit of a let down by some irrational decisions.

Location is great.

My bed was broken and I had terrible back pain for 7 days (during the whole vacation). Also, our property was cleaned only once in 7 days.
