NZThe place is awesome and very welcoming, new bathroom facilities make a greater touch to the staying experience especially after the spa. Would definitely recommend for you and visit back again.
There is only one AC unit at the living room but none in any of the bedrooms, would be a bit cold at nights in winter.
AUWe loved the location and close to walks on Mt Te Aroha. Because we stayed for a month more equipment in the kitchen would have been handy eg grater, egg beater. Beautiful views
The property needs a heater in the bathroom. Very cold in the Waikato and it would have been very appreciated. Also a light at the front door is a must. Thank god for phones. Brought replacement globe but found something wrong with light/switch because still didn't work. Very dark and unwelcoming.
NZNZI liked that the house was absolutely spotless, the beds were clean, it was spacious, there was nothing for my kids to break, big bathroom so we could all fit.
That we only stayed for one night.
