While we were in the train to indore the receptionist called me and very rudely tells me that they can't give me my rooms which fabhotels had confirmed multiple times and I had paid the amount as well because of "overbooking" they even refused to help us and the man told me to go figure out my own situation. It was extremely unprofessional and I will never be booking this hotel again.

TL;DR refused to give me my CONFIRMED rooms
