Only down fall was the flax was overgrown onto the chairs.

No microwave. Difficult to get the downstairs warm on a cold weekend.
NZLocation was good and central to city centre
We had 10 nights here during winter...One one heat pump located near the bottom of the stairs, which ment all the heat went straight up the stairs. Downstairs was hard to heat and keep warm. Parking was a bit of a mission had to park down the road or in the Briscoes parking area most nights. The bed was comfortable but really small, I think it just sneaks in as a double, definately not what I would class as "large double" as advertised.
NZNZLocation is great and the bed is so comfy. Heated toilet seat was a nice addition
