Charming studio in Green Point

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem hübschen Studio im 4 OG. Das Internet ist stabil und die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Nicole sendet vorab alle Infos fprs check-in. Wir konnten auch schon früher in die Wohnung.

Wir haben einen Safe vermisst. Mühsam fanden wir die Treppe welche vom Parkplatz zum Lift führt… vorallem wenn man schwere Koffer hat.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is small but has everything you need and the location is absolutely perfect! The host, Nicole, sent us all the information we needed for an effortless check in. It's really good value for money and we would love to stay there again when visiting Cape Town.

We loved our stay in the studio, it was very clean and tidy! Had all the amenities necessary and felt very homey. Also a big plus is the location and how quiet it is. The check in and out was smooth and the owner was incredibly accommodating.

Only thing is the fan in the studio isn't enough. We had a few unbearably hot days in Cape Town (44 during the day - 39 at night - which I find happens a few times during Cape Town summers, especially in the last few years) and so we couldn't sleep at all - the fan was not sufficient enough to cool us down, so the only option was taking a cold shower every hour. So I would definitely recommend having a backup aircon option for the apartment - even a portable one would work.

You can walk to restaurants and waterfront.

Very convenient mid priced apartment 15 mins walk from waterfront and Capetown Stadium. I dont often give 10, the apartment was clean, bed comfortable, nice kitchen with washing machine, everything convenient and worked well

I liked the openness of the room and the setup of everything. The bath and shower combo is a win and the whole place is in a great location.

The TV just didn’t have anything logged in, so couldn’t watch Netflix or anything and when we tried to screen mirror it kept freezing.

This was a comfortable and modern place to stay in Green Point. It was quiet, well situated and stylish. It was a very comfortable place to stay for 3 nights with a nice (but tiny) kitchen, a comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. It was also very clean and there was nothing broken in the unit. It was a two minute walk from some restaurants on the corner and not a far drive from other attractions and amenities nearby. The parking worked well but there is nowhere to turn around so you either need to back in or back out.

The only thing that we found difficult was the heat situation. There is no AC and just one little fan, which didn't do much. So we either had to be really hot at night or keep the windows open, which let lots of mosquitos in. We did the latter and ended up with a lot of bites each night as a result. A few more fans or an AC unit would go a long way.

Location was perfect ! Great value for money. What was advertised was there. Washing machine a big plus and laundry pods were most welcome. Security good. Comfy bed and linen. Coffee etc all provided for a couple of days. We didn't cook but kitchen looked well equipped.

Fan was inadequate for CT summer nights- so a bigger fan or aircon would be good. A walk in shower for a studio would probably make more sense than the bath/ shower combo. Small things - we really loved the flat .
