The guesthouse has a lovely atmosphere – definitely enjoyed my stay!

I could hear my "neighbours" clearly... Listened to their snoring 😴 Overall though, it wasn't a bad experience! Also would have liked to have a little bottle / jug of drinkable water in the fridge as I'm not sure if Swellendam's tap water is safe to drink.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in Swellendam! Das Anwesen hat uns begeistert: Der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten lädt dazu ein, die Morgensonne in Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders charmant fanden wir die Tiere – Esel und Schafe –, die für eine harmonische und idyllische Atmosphäre sorgten. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Auch Swellendam selbst ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp: ein Ort voller Charme und Ruhe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diesen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

A spacious room, exceptionally well equipped and clean. A very quiet and peaceful area and surroundings. Swellenberg is a pleasant little town well worth a visit. We would recommend you stay here to enjoy it.
