Giardino a Mare

Obiekt położony w Santo Soirito, dzielnicy Bari. Otoczony ogrodem z drzewami i krzewami. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Czystość w obiekcie doskonała. W pobliżu 2 doskonale zaopatrzone supermarkety i wiele mniejszych sklepów. Kilka kroków dalej pizza, piekarnie, pucce, targ. Wszystko pod ręką. Do plaży trzeba dojechać, bo w samym S. Spirito szału nie ma. Ale Molfetta jest OK, Giovinazzo też OK, pane e pomodoro w Bari broni się samo. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem.

Все було чудово. Апартаменти дуже зручні, є все необхідне (посуд, постіль, рушники). Поряд два супермаркети. Хвилин 5 до моря. Дуже приємні господарі. 10 хвилин до залізничної станції, звідки можна поїхати у будь якому напрямку вздовж узбережжя. Зупинка автобусів прям поряд з будинком

Пляж, який знаходиться поряд, кам'янистий, вхід у воду не дуже зручний.

A cozy, vintage-style house with all modern conveniences, exuding cleanliness, beautiful furniture, and various stylish accents. A wonderful garden where you can spend the evening and relax. We spent time here with friends and children — everyone loved it. It’s perfect for family breakfasts or dinners in the garden. There’s a shop right across the street, the town center is reachable in a couple of minutes, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. The location is perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The accomodation was very nice and the garden was beautiful. The host was very friendly and and recommended very nice places in near Bari. The house is very well equipped and everything was available for us to spend a week. There are several shops nearby. The train station is 10 minutes away from where all destinations are within easy reach. If you rent a car you can park for free in front of the house

Marvelous villa with great location, sea, restaurants, markets and buses, 40 min to the city center

The main bedroom was beautiful, it was wonderful to look at the beautiful ceiling before going to sleep. The flat was so clean and comfortable. The outside space was a bonus with my 5 year old daughter. We travelled by train from the local station to the main destinations we wanted to visit. Supermarket and shops are at the door step. The hosts were very friendly and helpful!

This wonderful old house has an impressive atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The living room has a very high ceiling with murals and is very stylishly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are great, as are the pillows. There were plenty of towels. The garden is beautiful. You can sit outside and relax. There is a lemon tree and an orange tree. We even used the washing machine outside, it was great that there was one. The house is in a great location, from there you can reach everything with ease. The market square, the guesthouse and the best focaccia (Panificio Salumeria SAN FRANCESCO - best from 6.00 pm) that we have ever eaten are only 10 minutes away. You can have a totally authentic breakfast at "il gabbiano", which is marvellous. PURE ITALY :-) We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! The location of the apartment is ideal, on the ground floor of a beautiful villa, with an exit to a wonderful garden with flowers and lemons. The apartment is very close to the Bari-Santo Spirito train station (we travel daily to Bari) and the city's waterfront. The apartment is beautifully restored/rehabilitated in a pleasant combination for a peaceful stay. Extremely clean place, comfortable bed and the chicken has everything you need (refrigerator, induction cooker, dishwasher, etc). The owner was very kind, welcoming and very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a great place to stay.
