Toll ausgestattete Villa mit Zugang zu einem wunderschönem Strand. Michael ist ein sehr professioneller, hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Was soll ich sagen? Besser geht es nicht.

Friendly and helpful host, who fixed a couple issues when we reported them, large and comfortable house, great location on the beach.

The house has a lot of potential but it felt like a bachelor pad. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days when we arrived, no top sheets or duvet covers on the beds, and the dishes in the kitchen were very random and incomplete and rather dusty/dirty. There was only one pot for cooking, although there were multiple cheese graters in a drawer, which we had to dig through to find a mixing spoon. In general the house wasn’t clean - we even found a lizard tail stuck to the floor of the bathroom, which we had to scrape off. I think the host could spend a little money and time reorganizing and cleaning the house and it could be a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay, spacious villa, nice garden in a quiet location. Michael, our host, was really friendly and helpful 🙂 He could not be there at our arrival so he arranged for us to get the keys and tour of the property from someone else. He later checked on us, making sure everything was ok and offering info and advises about the area. The house is well equipped, there was also snorkelling equipment and paddle board available. The beach is 2’ on foot, just need to cross the garden and follow a short path to get to it. Parking right in front of the house and the villas are in a gated property at the end of Flic-en-Flac. We also enjoyed the company of 4 cats from the neighbouring villas.

Property is 2 minutes walk away from beautiful beach with direct access! Host was great and the place was well equipped including some welcome treats which makes it rather special!

getting around needs some planning and organising without a car. You can't really walk to shops or restaurants, but that wasn't a problem for us

This is great stay, where you have everything you would have if you owned a beach house. Somebidy really took a deep thought to provide whatever your mind can come across. Just buy your groceries and you have all what you need no matter if you want to go snorkling, surfing, reading book, washing cloth, binge watching or exercising in gym. You have your own terrace/garden and beach is literally behind your garden. This is one of the best value for money I have seen for years.

It is at the end of the bay, which rewards with quite place. So if you want to have I-laydown-on-beach vacation, you are right here. However. if you want to make trips to surrounding parts of island, you might find a bit unpractical that it is about 8+ km to nearest main road. Also this location is only suitable if you have car, the nearest bus stop or food store is too far away for walk.

We stayed in this apartment for one week with our children (3 and 6 years old). It is a fully equipped two-story apartment. The host Michael took good care of us the whole time - he was our friend on the phone wcp. We also had a free boat and paddleboard from him, which we appreciated when snorkeling. The building is in a deserted place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city - which has its value. The beach can be reached through a narrow private alley (about 50 m). Since we had a rented car, it was not a problem to go shopping and drive a few places - parking is available right in front of the apartment door.

The house is wonderful, equipped with everything you need (and even more) and has direct access to one of the most wonderful beaches in Mauritius directly next to the luxury resorts. At night you hear the waves, at day you hear the birds in the wonderful garden. Michael is a great host, super kind and I feel blessed & thankful that I had the opportunity to stay at this Paradies-Place!
