Đặt phòng nhưng khi đến nói hết phòng.Đưa Homestay của mình lên Booking nhưng k hiểu gì về chính sách của Booking..Mình đã sai mà muốn đổi lỗi hết cho KH.Con đường vào Homesray nhưng một ma trận.Thái độ đối với KH tệ.
