about the staff , i though the respond from the staff a bit rude . sorry to said about this . please improve how to manage your client.

1. The fan in the small room is not working 2. The toilet is not clean.

"Worth for place and days"

Good and strategy place

The staff should change the bedsheets it’s all smells something and got dirty but since we were rushing we didn’t care about it but hope they look on it Everytime customer change kindly change bedsheets n even before new entry kindly let the management check again.
