It's strategically located; is easy to locate without any problem. The staff can speak English, and that was very helpful.

Young and friendly staff.

I was given a room with terrible humidity on the ceiling and by midnight, I had to change rooms because it started leaking. The next day, I requested some compensation, especially since no one had even apologized for the inconvenience. Shockingly, the manager never offered an apology and instead spoke in their own language with the receptionist right in front of me - an incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional way to handle the situation. They ended up giving me only a 15% discount. Due to the poor handling by the manager and the receptionist’s lack of professionalism, I’m leaving this 1 star review.
