ESAndrew was very helpful and communicative and provided an answer to all our questions very quickly. The check-in was smooth and it was easy to get inside. The bed was comfortable and it had some good facilities like a TV and kettle. Everything was also very clean. We really appreciated that there was shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer etc.
In part of the description it says this was an apartment which is why we booked it - it's a room with a communal kitchen elsewhere. Also, it's not the fault of the owners but, because we were sharing the building with other guests who weren't very considerate, it was very loud. People shouting all night, stomping around and slamming the front door to the place which closed very loudly. This made it a bit hard to get a good rest unfortunately but obviously we understand this isn't the fault of the staff. Maybe there needs to be some signs about respect or closing the door more gently because it was sooooo loud.
