Everything was as stated. Very friendly and accommodating. Wish we would have stayed longer to take advantage of the bike access and setting up of beach chairs and umbrella.

Location and room very clean

Clean, comfortable and close to beach.

Took a long time to get a HOT shower. Unfortunately needed to address the noise from the room above us. Pool was not available.

Great location and comfortable room

A big pain point was that the pool was not open. We only learned this upon checking in and it really put a damper on our stay. The attitude of the staff was also a bit disappointing in this regard, as they seemed exasperated that guests were not happy about this. They also didn’t offer any sort of solution, like setting up an arrangement with another hotel with an open pool. There were also other amenities like the shuttle service that were not running.

What breakfast? The receptionist said nothing about breakfast hours so we assumed there wasn't any! That would have been a game changer! The "on line" ad that we saw did not mention breakfast! Outstanding location for a hotel, be it a little tight! Loved the proximity to the beach!

It took forever for the water to get hot, especially at the bathroom and kitchen sink. The shower was acceptable but not overly hot where you had to turn it down. Minor complaint about the AC! The thermostat on the unit was questionable. We had it set on "auto" and when it did run it would only run for 5 seconds (I'm not kidding)!

Your welcome staff at the front desk was wonderful… special shout out to Sue. What a great asset she is to your facility. I owned a business for 39 years and customer satisfaction was always our main goal… Sue was that and more
