Good location, heated Pool, very clean and remodeled and maintained building. All front desk and maids even kind and considerate

Property is great but I was upset with parking in Cape May itself. To have to scan or use an app to park everywhere was really discouraging. Im fine with apps but what about people who arent?

Location was walkable to the beach and in-town attractions. Parking lots were about 90% full but there were always several free spots so no problems.

Check-out at 10am instead of 11am, which made the morning a little more rushed. And, the pool opens at 10am -- so guests staying one night cannot use the pool the morning they leave.

The location was excellent, the price reasonable, and the proximity from our car to the room was perfect. We love the squeaky clean unit, the friendly, professional check in process, the TV and handy remote, which allowed us to rewind and fast forward, the pretty, up to date furnishings and linens, the magnified bathroom mirror, the ample supply of linens, the look of the immaculate premises (particularly the pool area and lobby), the help of transport from Bob and also from Al at Icona. We had a wonderful time.

Just a couple of annoyances: my husband banged his shin hard on the wooden bedframe surround when he got up in the middle of the night. It bled and of course, was (and is) painful. The fact that there was no 'privacy' doorknob hanger, allowed a cleaning person to open our door, excuse herself and quickly close the door the morning of our departure. We had called ahead and asked for a later check-out time, so apparently she thought we had vacated the room. A simple door alert would have averted any embarrassment. The wall air-conditioning unit blew off and on all night. It wasn't quiet, either.
