GBThe location was perfect for our family and the house was stunning. Very well looked after and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We never met the owners but the correspondence with them was first class prior to and during our stay. It was perfect !!

Obviously the owner made a great effort ! 👌It only took us five minutes to drive to the town ! It is easy and convenient to visit other tourist area as well ! We will definitely go back again if we come to Queenstown in the near future !

We stayed at this home during the Christmas season. While the property was beautifully appointed, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the rubbish bins hadn’t been emptied, and there were broken tiles on the main walkway. To their credit, some of the bins were emptied the next day on Christmas Eve which we appreciated. However, as we settled in, we encountered a more serious concern. There were hidden carpet tacks or nail points along the transitions between the wood floor and carpet. Unfortunately, my son cut his foot on one of these. While neither of the septuagenarians living with us were hurt, and the home manager was apologetic and offered a discount on a future stay, I felt that a more immediate form of restitution, such as a partial refund, would have been more appropriate given the nature of the incident. This property has promise, but attention to detail and a more proactive approach to guest safety and satisfaction would greatly enhance the experience.

AUWe enjoyed a very relaxing 9 days here. Waking up each day to a magnificent sunrise amidst snow capped peaks was a real highlight. The property is well appointed with all you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The Host, Hans was very helpful in answering any queries we had before and during our stay.
