Very bad experience late check in but room is not clean rude staff specially vinod

Denied breakfast even though it was included..had a lot of trouble making them believe..smelly rooms, not like whats shown in the picture

Room was very dusty and the toilet pan had stains,and room wasn't mopped , we checked the other rooms and the toilet was even worse and was stinking so we decided to stay at the first room we were given and we had to clean it ourselves.Breakfast first day we went at 8.30 and it wasn't ready. They only had toast and cereal which was old. Upon waiting we were given 2 curries with no display of what it was and puri, there were flies sitting on the spoon. Second day breakfast we went 8.45 and nothing was there then we were told to order and the breakfast will come in the room.As our tour guide was suppose to pick us up 9.30 we only decided to order tea and toast even then it took a while for them to deliver only those 2 things. We requested to sit on the restaurant table to have breakfast but they declined saying they have other guests. 3 of us had our breakfast in the room which had 1 chair and a small table. Was very poor and non- hygienic so we checked out earlier. You have to call few times as the water in the tap stops coming in the middle of shower. We have booked our vacation hotels mostly with Agoda but now we have to really decide our reservations for our future vacations .It's so disappointing when we checked their reviews on google was
