Whitehall Square Apartments- Queen's Quarters

There were a few kitchen staples like salt, pepper, and oil, plus some bags of crisps which was a nice touch.  Some kids games and a couple of books. Fresh towels in the bathrooms and clean sheets on the beds. The area feels pretty rough but the gated parking under the building makes the car feel safer.

Unfortunately the kitchen was a bit disappointing. There was only one coffee pod for the Nespresso machine and we were missing some basic stuff like an oven mitt, microwave, bread knife, washing up brush, aluminium foil.  Cleaning could be better in the kitchen too: there were dirty cups, glasses, utensils, trays, and pans put away in the drawers and cupboards.  The instant coffee had gotten wet from a previous guest and looked pretty gross. In the bathrooms there were a few tubes of body wash but no basic shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Overall an ok stay but needs a little extra attention to the cleaning and supplies to make it a 10/10.

The property was clean beautiful and very spacious there was plenty of room for the five of us it had everything we needed two bedrooms with en-suite showers a lovely kitchen equipped with everything. The area was also fabulous with bars shops and plenty of places to eat. Will be definitely be returning next year.

Location is amazing. Within walking distance of everything. Gated car parking was secure.

Some small issues around repairs - being dealt with my the property manager. Overall very satisfied.
