Brand New Studio near Downtown

On the positive side, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was convenient — close to the city center, with good supermarkets and cafes nearby.

The apartment wasn’t brand new and only somewhat matched the photos — like if the photos were taken years ago, right after some renovation work. It was a semi-basement room — quite compact and without natural light — though the indoor lighting was decent. Electricity operated via a card, therefore charging devices while away wasn’t possible. There were no power outlets near the bed. Street noise from passing vehicles was quite noticeable and became really annoying. Additionally, I couldn’t get any hot water during my stay, despite following the manual instructions to activate it via the electrical panel.

The apartment has everything we needed, is spacious and located in a walking distance from many shops and the old centre. It is quiet neighborhood, so our stay was pretty chilled.

The apartment has only open window, so the air gets sticky if you take a shower and use the kitchen. But you can open the window and the door for some minutes, air it out and the problem is solved.

The little bed is unconfortable

If you need a cheap and fair accommodation this is your choice! It was clean and quiet. :)

There wasn't any place to hang our bathing suits or towels. Also, I think the small stove should be replaced at some point. We had a dog and it said was allowed to, but somebody from the building hung a piece of paper in the communal area that said dogs are forbidden. I am not saying that this is the owner's fault, probably some random tenant wrote it, but it made me feel a bit unsafe.

The check-in process was really easy. The room was clean and tidy.

The door to the bathroom is not a real door which does not offer real privacy. The room is not well insulated, you hear a lot of noise from the street and the corridor. Even though the room was very clean, the bedsheets smelled like tabac because of the previous tenant. When we warned the hosting agency staff to ask for new sheets, they did not change the sheets and complained to the cleaning staff instead (which was totally undeserved as, once again, the room was very clean). This is just sadly not a good (nor helpful) behavior from the hosting agency.

Not a good place, I do not recommend it
