The building has recently been refurbished by the brewery. The building is listed and like all old buildings must be difficult to keep free of problems. The room was tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and professional. The meal was very good and the four cask beers well kept.

No parking for the pub. There is an adjacent pay and display car park (£6 for 24 hours).

Comfortable atmosphere and decor. Very friendly staff. Great food. Good choice of real ale.

No parking other than council carport which was reasonably priced. Bed very soft but appreciate that's a personal preference

Decorated in a rustic but modern style. The staff were lovely especially the manager she was very attentive as were the bar staff

Parking was annoying as it was council run and we struggled to download the app. This obviously is not the pubs fault

Beautiful property with exceptionally beautiful decor and ultra clean rooms-staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble-beds were lovely and comfy and we all slept like logs! Even the dogs! Would thoroughly recommend!
