The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location is convenient for exploring Cusco, and the courtyard area is pleasant and traditional. The room was clean and the bed, although quite old, was comfortable enough for a short stay.

The rooms are extremely basic and could do with some updating. The shower had very low water pressure, which made it difficult to use comfortably. The hotel is located on a very busy road, so there is a fair amount of noise. The biggest issue was that the roof windows let in a lot of light early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a dark room.

Hostal aconchegante. Localização boa, alguns minutos da praça central e perto da saída das vans. Fomos bem recebidos pela dona e seus cachorros. Ela ofereceu chá assim que chegamos também. Checkin flexível, conseguimos entrar antes do horário e também guardar nossas coisas assim que saímos. Café da manhã bom, com o necessário (pães, ovos, geleia, suco e café). Ficamos no quarto debaixo e fez bastante frio, mas as cobertas são quentinhas e possui uma extra, além de ter oferecido calefação.

Where can I start? This is a simple hotel, but it provides everything you need. What really makes the difference, however, is the staff. I have never met people as friendly as they are. This place deserves a 10/10 because of its outstanding service. The breakfast was very good, and the location is close to many attractions. The street where the hotel is located is very busy, with lots of traffic. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned, but as soon as we entered the hotel, we found an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Thank you so much for everything!
