O atendimento das senhoras na recepção e no café da manhã. Muito atenciosas e prestativas. O café da manhã muito bom suficiente .

Na primeira vez que ficamos o quarto era ótimo com uma cama confortável mas voltamos um dia depois de ir a Machu pichu e nos colocaram em um quarto muito ruim com banheiro improvisado e cama desconfortável demais . Após minha reclamação nos mudaram de novo para um quarto um pouco melhor mas com cama ruim também .

"Coming back to Cusco for the sights and their hospitality"

No regrets staying here again after being back from Machu Picchu. Got another room and it was as spacious, homey, and comfortable. Loved the breakfast, especially the strong coffee and fresh fruit juice. Appreciate the staff for looking after my friend who got sick during our trip. Thank you for such a nice stay in Cusco, team!

"Very quiet and homey vibe, 10-min walk to Plaza de Armas"

Spacious room, comfortable beds, very hospitable staff, possibility to leave our luggage when we went to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu -- we loved our stay here!!!

Takes a while to understand how to operate the hot & cold shower, but nothing to worry about

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Und die Crew vor Ort ist sehr hilfreich und nett. Bei dem Preis sollte man wissen dass es kein Luxus ist, aber es gab alles was man braucht. Sehr nett!
