UNO Apart Hotel

Even during the most challenging times which Kyiv is going through, the staff here go over and above to look after guests. They are friendly, welcoming and look after guests like family. I am very happy to recommend this hotel.

I would do my research about this place well in advance of booking. I realize it seems cheap, but you aren’t even getting what you paid for. From insects galore in the room, to burnt out light bulbs, blood stains on the shower wall, cracked washroom tiles, broken shower glass panel that flops back and forth - and could literally fall over and smash.. REALLY think about where you want to stay and review this property outside of Expedia to get a better sense of what it’s really like. Did a chargeback and didn’t stay my duration - truly the worst place I have ever been in.

Don't bother booking a Kingsize room as you will be allocated a double room with a lumpy mattress in a room with no windows. Obvioiusly this wasn't the room I paid for but there was no attempt made to put me in the right room or to compensate me for paying for the premium room. The lack of ventilation makes it very uncomfortable. The Shower is falling to bits. The Walls are filthy. The Mattress was made in 1980. Lazy effort by the owner so they can make as much cash as possible.

Perfect hotel. Superb location in center near Central railway station many restaurants bars and clubs and also big park with uniqe trees. Very clean. Best price for such beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendlfull and ready to help. Sure will cone again
