Host was there to welcome me. She had contact with me at all times.

My room smelled like cr*p all the time. I told the host, apparently they had lack of water in pipelines, so the smell is terrible. It was only from my bathroom, not the other ones. Bathroom was clean but the room wasn´t.

Location, privacy, aesthetically appealing, comfortable beds, cute rooms and awesome view. Host and Don Pancho were very hospitable and very nice

All the linens were dirty and stained, towels were extremely dirty the smell was musty as if they weren’t washed prior to rolling them up

Excellent location and very comfortable. Clean facilities. Nice extras like water and beer in the fridge. The owner was very easy to contact through WhatsApp

The little private property is beautiful with a nice view looks new but certain facility aesthetics would say otherwise.

NO TV, Styrofoam coffee cups and No Microwave but The major issue was the no consistent hot water & water pressure. We literally had to shower in less then 2 minutes the water would go cold so fast , we were lucky if there was enough hot water for all of us at all. The shower head had such poor water pressure we had to take it off and noticed it was so badly molded inside which was why there was no water pressure coming out. The floors were so dirty and so many spiders & spider webs we killed quite a few very big spiders during our stay :( The gate closes at 8pm each night and opens until 8am which is good I guess for safety but if you are leaving early it’s a bit difficult we had to wake a neighbor to help luckily he was very nice!
