Vila Nova House

La amplitud y estilo de la casa (3 baños y 3 dormitorios), la tranquilidad y belleza de la zona. A pesar de no ver a nuestro anfitrión nos solucionó enseguida algunos problemas que fueron surgiendo. Además nos permitió el chek-in antes de la hora lo que nos vino muy bien. También a la barbacoa le dimos mucho uso.

Para lo bueno y para lo malo, la casa está en un extremo de la isla, por lo que para ir a ciertas zonas se ha de hacer más kilómetros. Al estar prácticamente en el campo la presencia de insectos era inevitable. Las vistas estaban un poco "tapadas" por la casa colindante, un poco descuidada con ropa tendida, etc. La piscina, al ser elevada y grande, visualmente ocupaba mucho espacio. Si hubiese estado integrada (de obra) habría sido perfecta.

La casa está fenomenal. El anfitrión nos recomendó restaurantes y estuvo muy atento.

Se puede aparcar el coche en la puerta. Amplia casa. Cocina bien equipada. Camas muy cómodas. Un cuarto de baño para cada habitación. Hicimos el check in sin contacto gracias a la flexibilidad ofrecida.

Solo hay dos duchas y una no funciona bien, así que en la práctica solo hay una ducha para tres habitaciones. Tuvimos que comprar detergente para la lavadora, estropajo para limpiar los platos y aceite para cocinar. Espero que se comparta con los próximos inquilinos.

Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist toll und sorgt beim ersten betreten für einen Wow Effekt. Auch der Innenhof mit dem Pool und 2 Liegen ist ganz nett. Das Wohnzimmer im OG war auch prima. Leider auch hier ein ganz penetranter Duftstecker Geruch.

Leider haben wir uns insgesamt sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist voller Duftstecker und Gläschen mit Duftperlen. Unserer Vermutung nach um den eher alten, modrigen Geruch zu überdecken. Das gelang leider nicht, im Gegenteil. Die Mischung aus sehr penetrantem künstlichen Duft und dem Gestank aus den Toiletten Abflüssen, Küchenabfluss, alten Möbeln, sorgte bei uns für Übelkeit, Kopfschmerzen und eben generell für unwohl sein. Die Badezimmer sind extrem klein und die Dusche "eher unappetitlich". Die 2. "Dusche" in der Badewanne war nicht nutzbar, da mehr Wasser aus der kaputten Dichtung kam als aus dem Duschkopf. Unser Fazit, ein Haus mit großem Potential, dem es leider an Pflege und Zuneigung fehlt. Falls wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, suchen wir uns eine andere Möglichkeit.

Der grosse Eingangsbereich hat mir gefallen, das ist praktisch. Und das Auto steht direkt vor der Tür, das ist super zum Gepäck ein- und ausladen.

Das Warmwasser war sehr schwierig. Der Durchlauferhitzer befindet sich in der Küche und die Duschen sind weit davon entfernt und man kann nicht konstant warmes Wasser bekommen. Es war leider kaltes und nasses Wetter und die Unterkunft ist schwierig aufzuwärmen. Es hat jedoch einen Heizlüfter und zwei Elektroheizungen. Aber dennoch konnten wir unsere Badewäsche nicht ganz trocknen über Nacht. Das Geschirr in der Küche war teilweise noch schmutzig, wir mussten es immer zuerst abwaschen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass diese Unterkunft im Sommer schön kühl ist und man den Pool schätzen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Kleider aufzuhängen oder zu versorgen ist schwierig.

The house is spacious, furnished in a homey and cozy style, unlike a typical vacation apartment with minimal Ikea furniture. The area is quiet, and there is parking outside the house on the street. The host is friendly and available. The entrance is independent, using a code for a lockbox where the key is located.

The bathroom lacks a shelf for toiletries, and there are no towel hooks. In the shower, there's also nowhere to place the soap, in the shower and the only option is on the floor – not pleasant or comfortable. The only table suitable for working remotely on a laptop is in the dining room, but there is no electrical outlet there and no extension cord. During the first three days at the house (April 1–3), there were wind gusts of 45 km/h and intense cold. Some of the windows and glass doors lack proper insulation and are not sealed. As a result, freezing cold wind mostly entered through the kitchen and the upper TV room, making it too cold. There are three small portable heaters, but they are mainly suited for the bedrooms and are unable to heat the shared living space: the living room, dining area, kitchen, and TV room. Because of this, after three nights, I moved to a hotel. Today, after two quiet days, strong winds have returned to the island, so it seems this is something to be prepared for.

Era muy tranquilo, es lo que buscábamos! Tiene dos baños que nos vino muy bien, porque puedes salir antes! Hay barbacoa y una piscina, la verdad es que no nos ha faltado de nada! El propietario muy amable y atento en cada momento!

Los colchones están para cambiar, pero aun así descansamos bien después de todo el día patear la isla

Sehr großes Haus mit viel Platz, Grill und Pizzaholzofen. Schöner Innenhof :) Gastgeber immer schnell über Booking zu erreichen 👍 Parkplatz an der Straße oder 50m weiter an der Kirche.

Aus den Toiletten roch es teilweise sehr extrem nach Chlor (?), va in dem Bad ohne Fenster sehr beissend… Eine sehr süße, aber nervige Miezi von den Nachbarn ist auch anwesend: entweder tolerieren oder durchsetzungsstark verscheuchen sind die zwei Optionen 😆
