The condo is literally ON the private beach. Very lovely if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The house was super clean and beautiful. A magical place to stay.

Located in the middle between Seaside and the big Chill, you can bike there but having a golf cart (especially at night) would be a better option. Unfortunately golf carts are not allowed by the hoa while the neighborhood 1 door down does allow it. Biking after sunset is not recommended as there are no street lights on 30A.
