We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. The room had cockroaches here and there, which was quite disturbing. The bath towel provided was clearly used before and looked extremely worn out and unhygienic. The breakfast was pathetic – poor quality and very limited options. To make things worse, the staff was unresponsive and indifferent. When we raised these concerns, they simply ignored the complaints without any effort to resolve them. Definitely not recommended. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness, hospitality, and basic guest service.

I liked the room but the service was very poor.Like TV remote not working,no tea pouches provided,late check in(almost after 3 hours). Food quality average & very little option in breakfast. The ambience is quiet.Room is spacious & clean.

As it shown in picture, property is all same. rooms were spacious and ventilated properly. I recomend superior rooms for families. Staff is quiet decent.😊

The breakfast area is quite small and the team was not available for frequent serving.also preparation was although not so vast, then also there was unusual delays as if they were not prepared for guests to come. 😪
