Please keep non veg items and staff was very helpful. If I visit lonavala again, will definitely book Five elements.

Should have more items in menu and for breakfast, items should be increased. It was repeatative items. So not so happy for breakfast.

Staff was very supportive and informative. They arranged a vehicle for us for sightseeing and also commute to the railway station

The pictures on the website of the venue are misleading, the landline for contacting room service didn't work, the pool is not as big as in the pictures and there are no playing activities- snookers table tennis, carrom board etc.
