I was afraid to book due to the few bad reviews but honestly we had a really pleasant stay (2 days) - the check-in process was not needed, only a keylocker and its code, the wifi was ok (please note that you should ignore the capital letter for the password and you will get it), there were kitchen utensils in case you want to prepare meals, the owner was very responsive and you are less than a minute away from the supermarket and the beach, great location.
The water pressure in the shower was low and I have thick hair so it took me some time, also a bit hard to control the shower temperature as you have to regulate between hot and cold water. May be hard to find a parking spot if you come by car (not my case but letting other travelers know). Not a Smart TV so you cannot watch Netflix but you can live with that.
