Cresta House - Modern Apartments

Location was awesome, Neat, clean and good size of apartment as well. Huge bathroom and heater works awesome.

The key collection is not possible after 11PM. 2nd bedroom doesn't have doors.

Communal areas/lift's/bin area were dirty with rubbish lying around. Walls thin in bedroom 😅 if u get my drift....heard neighbours at 3am

We liked the location and cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities were very convenient. There was an ample supply of coffee, tea, and sugar. The lift was in good working condition throughout our stay. One roll of kitchen towel was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable for a couple. Additionally, there were four chairs in the living area, along with a sofa bed. There is a grocery shop on the ground floor where you can get things for cooking if you are so inclined. Cinema, bars and eateries are almost next door or 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment building. Luton Mall is 2 minutes walk away. The photos on the booking page are almost the same as what we met in our apartment.

The host did not show up to repair the broken roller chain control on the window blind, which was probably damaged by previous occupants, despite our repeated messages to them. The shower cubicle is compact and may not be suitable for larger individuals. Personally, I prefer not to touch toilet bowl covers, but the design of the toilet in the apartment requires you to move the cover away from the flush button located behind it each time you need to flush. The bedroom area feels cramped because the wardrobes do not have enough space to be fully opened. The bathroom features a modern digital water heater control system mounted on the wall; however, the instructions for setting it are too technical, even for someone with an engineering background. It would have been more convenient to have the water and room temperatures pre-set to comfortable averages, such as 37 degrees Celsius for the shower water and around 18-19 degrees Celsius for the room.

Nice, comfy beds. It's great to have a washer drier available, a great location.

The toaster wasn't working, the apartment door lock very tempremental, there's a lack of kitchen storage for food other than fridge/freezer and no kitchen towels or broom.

The location was as good as it could get, right in the heart of the town centre, with the mall and all the food takeaway shops a few steps from the apartment.

Its a very small apartment Sofabed had hair and dirt. The duvet cover had stains. I had to buy my own blanket Management was informed, but they didn't take any action. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. There is no smart tv in the apartment. There were only 2 dishwasher tablets for 5 days' stay. Management tried to claim £180 from me for burnt stove. Although we didn't use the stove to cook any meal, just tea. The cleaning fee is included in the booking, but they sent me £180 bill to clean the stove. As mentioned in other comments, lift floors were very dirty.
